  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon arrival, street parking is also first-come, first-serve.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Access to seasonal outdoor community pool (open March 1 – end of October, 10AM–10PM, HOA discretion), fitness center, communal BBQ grill, outdoor ping pong table, and firepit lounge area.
  • Kitchen Starter Kit is provided: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
  • Bathroom Starter Kit is provided: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, 1 makeup wipe, 1 trash can liner.
  • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom provided at start of stay.
  • Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
  • Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided in the unit.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to guests.

Luggage Holding Service

  • Luggage holding service available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted. Subject to availability.

  • The building is adjacent to railroad tracks; some units may experience noise from passing trains. Although this unit is located at the front of the building, occasional train noise may be heard from the balcony or pool area.
  • The location is in downtown Nashville and guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. Guests sensitive to urban environments may wish to consider this before booking.
